Once you have submitted an online enquiry or booking for a planning package, we will send through a quote and arrange for an initial meeting to discuss your vision for your event. If we are providing a tailored/custom package, then a quote will be sent through to your email provided along with the tailored package post initial meeting.

If you would like to accept the quote and package, deposit payment will secure your booking.

Please send your event planner an email to discuss any site visits, rehearsals or meetings that may be associated with your event. More frequently than not, our packages include such attendance.
